• Follow Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform policies

4. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance

WaabizX is not responsible for:

• WhatsApp account bans
• Template rejections
• Message delivery failures caused by Meta or third-party providers

Accounts violating platform policies may be suspended or terminated immediately.

5. Payments & Subscription

A. Billing

Users agree to:

• Pay all applicable charges on time
• Provide valid payment information

B. Refund Policy

All WaabizX branding, software, website content, UI designs, logos, and technology remain the intellectual property of WaabizX.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
