1. Overarching Policy
Except as specified in this policy or as required by law, all Techwhizzc CRM subscription and license fees are non-refundable. We provide a [X]-day free trial or demo (if applicable) so you can test out our software before buying.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only possible if:
You are unable to use the CRM due to a technical problem, and
After receiving your complaint, our support staff is unable to address the problem within [X] business days.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds won't be given in the following situations:

  • change of heart after making a purchase.
  • not canceling prior to the subsequent billing cycle.
  • incompatibility with your systems or hardware after purchase, unless you previously verified compatibility with us.
  • problems brought on by your own device or internet connectivity.
4. Termination
Through your account dashboard or by getting in touch with our support staff, you can terminate your subscription whenever you want.
A cancellation does not result in a refund for the current subscription period, but it will stop future billing.

6. Processing Time:
Refunds that have been approved will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
